The lucky awards live stream was broadcast earlier today and is available to watch for anyone who missed it. It is on this channel on YouTube, The Lock Sportscast, YouTube. [00:01:17] If you want to watch the episode and not have spoilers, feel free to stop this episode right after the giveaway section, if not keep listening and you'll get to know who won which categories. Okay. And, uh, next is a correction of a previous correction. Originally H gas systems locking key had provided me information that the most recent version of the, uh, QX three. [00:01:43] Safe dialer would do manipulation. And then I got information from vent that, that it wasn't, that it was cheaper than the 10,000 originally told to me, and that it didn't do manipulation. And I think the confusion here was that it's not called the QX three, but HKS systems lock and key did send me the information about the device here. [00:02:04] And I've linked to a page on lock masters for the device. It is simply appears to be called the combi. Manipulator and Dyler they say the combi pluses, a tablet-based group to lock manipulator for opening three and four wheel safe locks. The average opening time is approximately one to one and a half hours. [00:02:23] While dollars have been successfully opening locks for 25 to 30 years. They also have some disadvantages. One big disadvantage is the time it takes to open the locks. The opening time can be from one hour to 30 plus. Another disadvantage is the internal, where that is created inside The Lock. This is caused by a dollar running long hours on a specific Lock combi. [00:02:44] Plus is both a manipulator and a dialer. At any time. The user can transfer, found numbers from the manipulator portion of the app directly to the dialer app. This allows the user to find a wheel by manipulation, then put it in Dyler mode to open the lock in about one hour. So if you want the manipulator portion of the. [00:03:04] The device, it will cost you about $10,000 versus the cost of just the dialer itself. And there is a new post on deviance blog about the tool U S board election and candidates in that post. He states he is not running for reelection on the tool, us board, thus ending his 14 year run as a board. That post also lists the current candidates for the tool board of directors and includes information about each and his thoughts on each of them. [00:03:38] And an interesting fact this year is that this is the first time in history of the organization, that there is a possibility that a woman could hold a board member position within tool us. I would recommend going and checking that out. If you are a, a tool member who will be voting in this year's. So with that, I'd like to say thank you to deviant and the other board members for the time and effort that they put into tool. [00:04:02] And thank you for, especially to deviant for the long serving time that he put in there that is a volunteer position. And he put a lot of his time and effort into making tool us what it is today. So thank you very much, deviant for all of. And while we're on the subject of blog posts, there is a new post on the subtle digs blog called finding the right tension. [00:04:30] How much pressure do you need to pick a lock? Uh, the opening of the blog post says how much tension do you need to pick a lock? It would help when picking a lock. If he knew what kind of force you needed to exert in this article, I will go over the method for finding out how much tension is needed to pick different kinds of. [00:04:48] And to be honest, I haven't had time to read the article. It just popped up on my feed. So I thought I would let you know about it. Also popping up in my feed right before I record this. There's a post on the Lock Pickers, United discord that says the fourth LPU shirt fundraiser is coming up. They say it will start. [00:05:09] Probably next week. So watch for announcement and it will end after two weeks. So make sure that you pay attention and get in quick. If you want to get a shirt and it looks like copra will be organizing a, another run of serialized picks this time, a deep hook. Last time was a standard hook and they say to give us an idea on numbers for pigs, please react with the pickax icon. [00:05:34] If you are seriously interested. No commitment yet, but, uh, they would like, uh, an idea of how many they should make if you're a member of the LPU discord and you're interested be sure to head over there and, uh, let them know. The only, only video in the videos category this week is going to be the Lockey awards live stream that I did earlier today. [00:05:54] If you are interested, be sure to head over there and check that out. It's an hour and 16 minutes long. You can skip the first section because it's just me waiting for people to join in, but it wasn't. Fun experience. And I did make a couple of mistakes. So you can feel free to pick on me in the comments for that, if you would like, and something different for products this week, quite often, you see t-shirts I have quite a few t-shirts that are locked, picking oriented, and this time we have something different, The Lock pick mini skirt. [00:06:27] So for those of you who might be interested in wearing a miniskirt, this mini skirt has a series of. Very bright neon colored lockpick images and tension wrench shapes printed around the miniskirt. So might be something for some of you to check out [00:06:54] over Lock Pickers United. We have some new belts. This. For a purple belt, we have JC lock lockpicking. And for brown belt, we have Ru one congratulations to both of you for your new belts and the, uh, demonstration of your skills there. We also, last week I missed that there had been a post for the latest belt stats. [00:07:16] So I thought I would go over that real. On the discord, we have 179 white belts, 278, yellow belts, 573, orange belts, 329 greenbelts, 162 blue belt, 98 purple 49, brown 44 red and we're up to 84 black belts. I can remember when that was in the teens and then moving on to the Reddit posts and the. These overlap people who are on the dis quarter, almost always on the Reddit. [00:07:49] So there's going to be a lot of carry over here out of a total of 5,543 people participating. We have 931 white belts, 1,517 yellow belts, 1,934 orange 658 green, 2 24 blue 1 0 5 purple 50 brown. 40 red and the same 84 black belts carry over there. So the number of black belts is definitely increasing, used to run. [00:08:19] If I remember right about 1% and right now, by my calculation, we're up to about 1.5% of the people participating have made it to black belt for anyone not already familiar with the Lock Pickers United belt system. There are links in the show notes to the official page, as well as some videos that explain the system, feel free to check those out. [00:08:40] Now it's time to say thank you to the people that made this episode possible. First off we have it.
