Script 9 Hello Adstrata! Its a cold night here in the conservatory, but we are here to share more than just the weather. I am Dante Pendragon and with me as always is your favorite undead evil entity...and mine...Tony! We've got some new for you today, but please, if you can hear us, share any ideas you have that might help us... Escape from Unknowable Conservatory. We are well into the cold season here, and that can only mean one thing...The Grinders of Ayer are pleased to announce that tickets are now on sale for their Winter Exposition! Come on down, one and all. It's fun for the whole family. Watch as your favorite Grinder goes head to head with some of the most vicious creatures that Adstrata has to offer. They will have Rampaging Rachzarks, Wicked Woozoos and Terrifying Teeluks! There will be the always popular petting zoo for the kids as well as a selection of fine, freshly harvested monster pelts and carvings. Friend of the show Wyksi will be on hand signing autographs so kids...bring your most favorite rock along with you! The OFFICIAL inn for the Winter Exposition is this years partner, the Ghosthaven Inn. Gddddwm...I'm sorry if I am mispronouncing this...Tony? What?! Gddddwm, the Notchblade propriater of the Inn offers welcome to the out of town guests of the Expo and invites you to stay at the Ghosthaven Inn and enjoy everything that Wrayer Bay has to offer. It has not yet been OFFICIALLY announced, but I am hearing rumors my friends, that many of the Klynn who disappeared nearly a year ago are about to return and will be in attendance with some of the creatures they found while on their adventure. We reached out to Chrysolophus for a statement, but the Eudypest has refused to comment at this time. There will be music from several local bands as well as food and vendors! Get your tickets now and don't miss out! Tony, if I asked you, what do the people of Vhel love, what would you say? That's right! For some reason, you over in Vhel LOVE a deck. Apparently they can't get enough of them! Recently, a new tavern opened in Vhel called "Tower and Tap" advertising the tallest deck in the city! No, you would think so...but local architect Umol Diwa was inspired by the mountains and sought to recreate the experience of climbing the highest peaks by building additional layers onto the EXISTING deck. Umol stacked 14 decks on top of each other, creating what Tower and Tap says is not just the tallest deck in the city, if not the world, but ALSO since each deck layer is slightly smaller than the last, they argue that Tower and Tap also has the MOST decks! I don't know Tony. Vhel just really loves decks. Well that's the thing Tony. Apparently it was incredibly dangerous and way higher than it needed to be. At the opening celebration, local band The Tholvu Ten were performing "on the peak" and 6 of them fell off and were sevearly injured! Tower and Tap has been closed ever since, but locals have seen workers removing the decks. Umol Diwa has not been seen since that evening and authorities are asking for anyone with information on his whereabouts to please come forward. I don't think you have to. It seems like they have it handled already. Hold on Tony, that crystal over there glowing red means that we have breaking news! The Ailorous of the Chimon forest are in a desperate flee towards the city of Vhel. Word is that the Ailorous perptual enemy, the group known only as the Pack, has escalted the war between these two people forcing the Ailorous to abandon their homes. Both groups tend to keep to themselves, living most if not all of their lives in the Chimon forest, and rarely venture out into the larger world. No one has ever seen a group this size in mass exodus before. If any Ailorous can hear this...keep heading towards the coast. You seem to be heading to a city named Vhel and I'm sure they would welcome you with open arms.. yes, and probably with open Decks. Adstrata, if you have any suggestions on ways to help the Ailorous in this time, please reach out or share. We would of course welcome them to the conservatory, however the curse that keeps us here continues to prevent us from identifying or describing our location. I've never heard of these groups Tony, are you familiar? Interesting...I know things are rough right now, but if anyone could share some images of these Ailorous, I'm really curious. Back here at the conservatory, Tony and I have been working on a little project. Well yes, that too, but what I was REFERRING to...is that we have been investigating....the...thing...that lives here with us. Yeah, we don't really have a good name for it, but we have been calling it, the Spirit. There is something here, on the grounds, that cares for us. I'm not just talking about keeps us fed and protected, but it, as far as it can, tries to make us happy and comfortable. You are just upset that it won't make you pizza every day. That's because I walk around more. Listeners, the other day we had a pretty heavy snow and it was a bit of an ordeal to travel between the buildings. The next day, there was a neat path between them. Neither of us made it, so it had to be...The Spirit! Well 1, where do you need to go? I carry you everywhere. and 2, Maybe if you weren't so difficult all of the time, it would be more willing to help you. Have you really? Been the lord of this land for over a thousand years. Im sorry. One day, when we're free...We'll figure it out. Back to our investigation...It doesn't appear to be something else trapped here with us, but we don't know that it CAN or has any DESIRE to leave. It certainly hasn't gone to get us help. We're not sure if that means it can't or doesn't want to. Maybe it's lonely and just wants to make this space comfortable. EIther way, I'm glad they are here. Tony, do you have anything else you would like to discuss today? Ok, I think Tony is pretty focused on our most recent experiment. That has been the news for today. Thank you again Adstrata and please continue to tune in, stay safe and warm. I've been Dante Pendragon, that has been Tony. This has been the news and we need to go hopefully eat some pizza bagels.
